Robo-Con T-shirt design winner announced

 

 

LAPEER — The Robo-Con planning committee is pleased to announce that Nick Demaray, 14, is the winner of the Robo-Con souvenir T-shirt design contest.

The souvenir T-shirt, sponsored by Kettering University, will be available for sale at Robo-Con, a free, family-friendly robotics festival set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday July 20 at CFI (formerly Lapeer West High School) in Lapeer.

More than 120 entries were received for the contest.

Robo-Con, presented by View Newspaper Group, will feature an off season high school robotics competition, hands-on STEM activities for all ages, concessions, food trucks and much more.

Robo-Con founding partners include Cypress Integration Solutions, The Robot Space, Lapeer Community Schools and Lapeer Robotics.
