The Cavaliers hosted the Saginaw Valley League Jamboree on Tuesday with both teams placing fifth with 124 for the boys and 130 for the girls. Joe Chinkeefatt was the top boy in third in 17:31.19, Kielin Thompson was 38th in 20:18.15 and Keegan Maguffee 53rd in 21:06.37.

Dalero McNeal took 58th in 21:24.21 and Ian Wickham 23:58.61.

Rayven Brantley led the girls in 15th in 22:32.12, Ayiannna Massey was 35th in 25:06.71 and Priscilla Bradford- Walker was 39th in 25:28.56. Mikayla Holbrook placed 42nd in 25:47.14 and Mikaiah Holbrook 44th in 26:04.06.

The Carman-Ainsworth girls took seventh with 184 and the boys ninth with 240 at the Genesee Invitational on Saturday. Brantley paced the girls in sixth in 20:56.97, Bradford-Walker was 25th in 24:14.79 and Rachel Allen 34th in 29:12.88.

Amelia Gasser took 35th in 30:03.72 and Precious Horton 36th in 30:46.52. Chinkeefatt led the boys in third in 17:11.00, Thompson was 60th in 20:02.90 and Maguffee 64th in 20:11.30. McNeal took 84th in 21:02.38 and Alex Wickham 105th in 23:00.81. – B.P.
