BASEBALL

The Cavaliers were slated to face Grand Blanc last Thursday. The game was canceled due to weather and will be made up at a later date. Carman- Ainsworth hosts Davison today. – K.R.

GOLF

The Cavs finished 11th with a team-total 460 at the first Saginaw Valley League Jamboree of the season at Sawmill Golf Course on Tuesday. Flint Powers finished first with a 337, Saginaw Heritage was second with a 342 and Lapeer third with a 343.

John Karbowski led the Cavs with a 95 on the day. Lucas Bostwick finished with a 120, Aaron Carter had a 122 and Nathan Ratynski a 123. – A.V.

SOCCER

The Cavaliers shutout Flint 8-0 n the road last Wednesday. Details were not made available. Carman-Ainsworth was slated to go to Grand Ledge on Monday and hosted Lapeer after yesterday’s deadline. – B.P.

SOFTBALL

Last Wednesday’s double header at Holly and Thursday’s twin bill against Grand Blanc were both called off. The Cavaliers return to action today at Davison. – B.P.
