Church Craft show

FLINT TWP. — The scholarship committee at New Creation Church of God, 3472 Lennon Rd., will hold a Fall Craft Show, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16. The public is invited to come out and support this event as a shopper or vendor. All proceeds will go to the church Scholarship fund. — R.S.

Special FIA exhibit

FLINT — The Flint Institute of Arts presents Size Matters: Big & Small Works from the FIA Collection, featuring objects both gigantic and diminutive, dating from the 1700s to the present day. Ceramic exhibit at FIA

FLINT — A special exhibit of ceramics, “The Art of Containment” features a 30-year collection of over 100 contemporary ceramic objects from a Bloomfield Hills resident as part of the re-opening events scheduled at the Flint Institute of Arts which re-opens to normal operating hours Saturday, September 16. The re-opening also features “Size Matters: Big & Small Works from the FIA”, a collection of the eccentric vision of William Stolpin. Art on Tap Beer Tasting

FLINT — The Flint Institute of Arts presents the 10th Annual Art on Tap Beer Tasting on Saturday, September 23.
