The Swartz Creek Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors installed officers for 2021 and 2022 this week. They include Secretary John Knickerbocker from PFCU, President David Mayers from DJ Mayers Computer Repair, Vice President Carolyn McQuigg from Berkshire Hathaway, and Treasurer Geraldine Terry from the Village of Lennon. Mayers said he’s looking forward to leading the chamber into the new year with new opportunities as businesses begin to return to normal. “With everyone being cooped up, people may have lost some of their business contacts,” he said. “Chamber membership is a good way to get some of those connections back.” The chamber board hopes to resume the monthly networking luncheons in April, and they have reduced the membership dues to $159 for the year.
