School board lauds Mo Peeps

The Carman-Ainsworth school board meeting last week was held at Rankin Elementary School to facilitate a presentation by the Mo Peeps FIRST Lego League Robotics Team. The school board also lauded the group for their state championship win and upcoming trip to compete at the World Festival in St. Louis, Missouri, April 23-26. The team will compete among teams representing other states as well as 35 countries. Team members include: Katie McGilvery, 8th Grade; Jamie Arnold, 7th Grade; Matthew Routt, 6th Grade; Jerianne Ingram, 6th Grade; Alyssa Snow, 5th Grade; Brayden Raether, 5th Grade; Noah Mattson, 4th Grade; Isaac Dixon, 4th Grade; Lydia Minzey, 4th Grade; and Zachary Osborn, 4th Grade. The Rankin FIRST LEGO League Robotics Team is coached by Leanne Welch, Andy Raether, and Erin Raether.
