SWARTZ CREEK — The Chamber of Commerce celebrated its newest member, Structured Technologies, on Aug. 9 with a ribbon cutting.
Structured Technologies specializes in instore and onsite computer service for business and residential clients.
They also sell refurbished computers, provide virus removal, design web sites, and complete data recovery.
Owner Mark Lozen, said “I take a proactive approach to everything.”.
Lozen, a member of the ITT advisory board, said his secret is to “Keep it simple. Why Complicate things. Life is too short.”
He prides himself on simple, honest, and direct dealings with customers. “We go in and do what we say we are going to.”
“It is our unique blend of high tech and high customer satisfaction and fair pricing that distinguishes Structured Technologies from it competitors,” according to the store website.
Lozen started this company in his basement years ago, until demand got so high he had to have a storefront. Now he has two, right next to each other. One is for simple home owner needs and the other is for business services.
Structured Technologies have quickly become the largest IT company in the area, providing free computer check ups and ongoing membership plans for loyal customers.
Lozen, his wife Renee, and his qualified staff look forward to building long-term relationships with their clients.
Debra Hackett, of the Chamber said, “We are very glad to have them. They are very supportive of our projects.”
Lozen said he has “an aggressive business plan” and in the next six months plans to expand locations, beyond the current two. He has already secured a downtown Flint area location.
“We look forward to helping you grow,” Hackett said to Lozen.
