MSU Genesee County Alumni Club Golf Outing In Memory of Brad Becker at COPPER RIDGE GOLF COURSE, 8475 E. Atherton Rd., Davison. 8 a.m. check in and registration, 9 a.m. shotgun start. Sponsorships are available for hole $100 or cart $50. $75 per golfer or $300 per team includes lunch, door prizes, and goody bags. Lunch only $35. Tenth Annual Alexander Foundation Golf Outing at THE JEWEL in Grand Blanc with 9:30 a.m. shotgun start. $85 per golfer, $340 per team includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 18 holes of golf with cart, prizes, raffles and 50/50. SATURDAY, AUGUST 23

The Hero Foundation Golf Outing four person scrambles at HEATHER HIGHLANDS GOLF CLUB, 9028 E. Holly Rd., Holly. Sign in at 8 a.m. with shotgun start at 9 a.m. Includes 18 holes with cart, hot dog, and chips at the turn with meal following. Contest and raffles, skins for additional fees. $95 per person, $35 for dinner only. The Lapeer American Legion is holding its 7th Annual SAL, Drive to Survive golf outing at ROLLING HILLS GOLF COURSE with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. $240 per team four person scramble including cash prizes for 1st 2nd and 3rd place, 18 holes with a cart, hot dogs at the turn, skins and money holes on the course, longest drives, closets to the pins, with a dinner following back at the Lapeer Legion. The Guiding Star Foundation First Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser at THE CAPTAIN’S CLUB in Grand Blanc. 8 a.m. registration and breakfast, shotgun start at 9 a.m. features a four person scramble format with lunch at the turn, 2 p.m. dinner, awards and raffles. Entry fees are $125 per golfer, or $450 per foursome. All proceeds raised will go to meeting the needs of the underinsured and uninsured people with catastrophic injuries.
