— Due to Election Day on Nov. 2, the Flint Township Board of Trustees has rescheduled its first meeting in November to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8 in the township hall, 1490 S. Dye Rd.
The change was made at the board’s Oct. 18 meeting by Supervisor Karyn Miller. Miller said the township hall would be set up for the election on Nov. 1, when the township would normally hold its meeting.
Also during the meeting, Clerk Kim Courts announced that the township hall would be open from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 30 for absent voter ballots. Individuals needing more information on absent voter ballots or the upcoming election can call the township at 810-732-1350 or stop by the township hall.
