Local dignitaries gathered Wednesday, July 1, for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the official grand opening of Cellular and More, 6331 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc. A signature feature of the store is the new look for Verizon, said District Manager Aaron Moorhouse. “It has a more natural feel; it’s more comfortable, more casual,” he said. The displays are more current in terms of technology. “Before, we had desks and computers,” Moorhouse said. “Here, everything is done on tablets and iPads.” The new set-up provides for more personal interaction, he said. The store is a full-service location selling phones, tablets and more. Wireless consultants will help set up service plans, and review accounts to ensure that everyone is getting the best pricing and most effective service based on their individual needs. “We look out for the best interest of the customer,” Moorhouse said. Cellular and More is owned by John and Anne Campau, who also own Comtronics in Jackson.
