The business organization is also modifying its scholarship submission requirements and postponing the awarding of the scholarships.

The WFBA board decided to keep the submission deadline for the organization’s three scholarships as March 31.

The WFBA board is planning on doing interviews in August and awarding will be scholarships in September.

“Given the uncertainty of conditions in the coming months, the scholarship awards may be further postponed,” said Lanave in a statement. “We will do our best to award them this year.”
