EDGEWATER FL. — Rita M. Bayus, 96, the wife of longtime Davison chiropractor and holistic healer, Dr. Albert J. Bayus, died Oct. 16 in Florida.

Dr. Bayus preceded her in death Sept. 30, 2011, at the age of 82. The couple lived in Edgewater, FL, but prior to retiring there in 1992, Dr. Bayus was a chiropractic and holistic physician in Davison for 32 years.

Rita was born in Pennsylvania and she and Dr. Bayus met and married there. They were married 55 years before he died in 2011.
