GENESEE COUNTY — Guests will “party for a purpose” at the 32nd annual World’s Greatest Office Party on Thursday, Dec. 8, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Gateway Centre, 5353 Gateway Center in Mundy Township.
Presented by Rebecca Bartley with Icon Mortgage, the black-and-whitethemed fundraiser to benefit Whaley Children’s Center (WCC) is one of three major annual events to help fund WCC”s nationally accredited residential and clinical programs for children who have suffered from abuse and neglect.
“This year we are celebrating the night in black and white,” said Mindy Prusa, president and CEO.
“I cannot wait to see the vision come together. There will be beautiful black and white decor, silk dancers from the ceiling, wonderful entertainment and so much more. It will definitely be a party you won’t want to miss!”
Entertainment will be provided by Brena Band which features horns, violin, keyboard, electric and acoustic guitar and vocal harmony. Every member is a seasoned musician with over 15 years of experience each. Other entertainment will include DJ Tron from Black Tie Productions. The event will also include a silent auction and various raffles. All proceeds directly benefit WCC.
