Health Source repaving gets tentative green light

FLINT TWP. — At its July 6 meeting, the township board revisited the issue of a cost increase to repave Health Source Boulevard — ultimately approving it 3-2, with contingencies. Plans to repave the badly rutted public road surfaced two years ago, but were pushed back. In the interim, cost rose from $92,236 in mid-2013 to $161,000 in October 2014. […]
