Amy Bacon, health educator at Hamilton Community Health Network, celebrated the seventh anniversary of her heart transplant with a Lunch and Learn recently. Bacon shared her personal story and encouraged people to become registered organ donors. A Gift of Life Michigan representative was on-hand to answer questions as well.
